Our Fee Structure

Our fee structure is set up so as to give you a clear understanding of what our charges for the services are from the very outset. You should be aware that you may be eligible to get the service for free from elsewhere. The range of fees shows our minimum and maximum charges for any particular type of work, but all cases are charged on a fixed fee basis. This means that you will know, before we begin to work on your case, what our charges will be, and these charges will not change, unless there is a change of circumstance in your case. We will always inform you before we begin any such work, and give you an estimate of the additional fees. We will also inform you before we bill you for any disbursements we make on your behalf, such as interpreter and translation costs, expert reports and unusual travel expenses. We would ask you to pay all disbursements such as Home office fees directly to them where possible. The fees quoted below are our professional fees, and do not include any fees charged by the Home Office to lodge an application (in the UK or overseas).

•  The hourly rate charge applies for any work other than that which is set out above, and if there is a change of circumstances in your case and the nature of the work we do for you changes.
• We will always inform you at the outset of how many hours we estimate that the work will take.
• The fees for appeals shows the maximum that we charge, but once we are able to make an assessment on the complexity of the matter and before we begin any work for you we will quote you a fixed fee for the matter, and this will not change unless there is a change of circumstances in your case and the nature of the work we do for you changes.
• The fees quoted above are our professional charges and do not include any fees charged by the Home Office to lodge an application, or the VAT that we are obliged to charge you.
